Returns & Exchanges

Please be aware that all items sold on Jute & Jade are unique and handmade; therefore, variations in weave, fabric, colour, size, and appearance may vary slightly.

We offer refunds only on faulty items within 14 days of purchase on all UK orders. For full refund, please return the item/s in unused condition and include original packaging.

Please email us at customerservice@juteandjade.com to request return address. The customer is responsible for all return-related shipping charges and ensuring item/s are returned safely and on time. Please ensure you keep proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We advise customers to use secure packaging and guaranteed shipping service (preferably insured and tracked). 

Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process the return and issue refund. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email from us. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded. 

Please note that international orders and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges for the same type of product are available on all UK orders. However, the customer is responsible for sending it back within 14 days of purchase and paying any related return shipping fees and covering shipping of a new item.
